Jim has practiced law in New Jersey since 1974 and in New York since 1981. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning and business transactions. He advises clients in these areas and when the need arises, he is an experienced litigator in the areas of estate, probate and chancery matters.
Providing advice to individual and business clients requires knowledge of a wide range of areas of law including estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration, real estate, business transactions and risk management. While still in college and for a time after graduation, Jim worked as an insurance broker in New York City and he brings that entrepreneurial experience to every professional engagement. Early in his legal career, Jim represented businesses and individuals in complex commercial and residential real estate transactions gaining valuable knowledge and experience that enables him to address the varied interests of the Firm's clients.
Jim is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, New York, the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a trained mediator qualified under New Jersey's Court Rule 1:40 and is eligible for mediation appointments from the New Jersey Superior Court.
Jim is a long-time member of the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council, Inc., serving on its Board of Trustees. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Bergen County, Inc. and he is a member of the Bergen County, New Jersey State, New York State and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the DocuBank Electronic Healthcare Directives Registry which is the largest and oldest national registry for advanced medical directives in the United States.
Jim has served as Borough Attorney of the Borough of Wood-Ridge, New Jersey and as a member and Attorney for the Planning Board of the Borough of Oakland, New Jersey. He has lectured extensively on estate planning and administration.

Eddie is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2003) and New York (2004).
Eddie's practice concentrates in estate planning, trust and estate administration, estate, gift, and generation-skipping taxation, and succession planning for closely held and family businesses.
Eddie received a B.A. from Emory University, a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is currently pursuing a LL.M. in taxation from New York Law School. He is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey, New York, and the United States Tax Court.
Eddie is a member of the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council and the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
